We understand better than anyone how stressful planning your wedding can be. With so many choices to consider, we’re here to help simplify the decision-making process.

Our Wedding Essentials package is perfect for couples who love our signature fresh from the garden style, but don’t require large arrangements or on-site set-up. This option is ideal for clients who only need personal flowers, centrepieces and a few focal arrangements. Simply choose the size and quantity of each and describe your colour palette. Leave the rest to us!

Wedding Essentials is not well suited for couples who want very specific flower types, require an in-person consultation or have more complex event design needs. Instead, try our Full Service Design Experience.

How it works.

We’ve streamlined the process of selecting your wedding flowers by offering a limited range of lush, garden style arrangement made from the best of the season’s blooms, so choosing is easy. We arrange your flowers using the best of what’s growing the week of your wedding, in your desired colour palette. Our pricing is clearly listed so you have the ability to create your own custom wedding flower package, while still sticking to your budget.

Orders are available for pickup during set times at our shop in the heart of Bowral. There is no minimum order amount and delivery is available for an additional fee.

SUBMIT AN ORDER FORM

Fill in our Wedding Essentials Order Form, which can be found here. 

All you need to do is take a photo of your completed form and email it through to us, along with one or two image references. Email us at bloomsofbowral@gmail.com

3.

ESTIMATE

Within a week of receiving your Order Form, we will email your an estimate for your wedding flowers, based on the details you have provided.

4.

CONTRACT & DEPOSIT

After approving your estimate online, you will be asked to sign the order contract and pay the non-refundable deposit (25% of total) to reserve your wedding date on our calendar. Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

5.

MAKE FINAL CHANGES

5 weeks prior to your event, we will reconnect with you to finalize your order. Additional, substitutions and small changes can be made at this time.

6.

SUBMIT PAYMENT

Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event. Bank tranfer is preferred. Credit card payment will incur a 2% surcharge.

7.

ENJOY YOUR FLOWERS

We’ll have your flowers carefully packages and ready for you to pick-up from our retail shop in the heart of Bowral in the date and time specific on your final order. We will happily deliver for an additional fee.
